Are we locked in to paying for an employee who no longer works for us?
Not at all. Simply let us know the employee's last day and we will take care of removing them from your membership right away.
Do employees have the option to keep their membership after they leave the company?
Absolutely. We reach out to the employee directly and give them the option to continue their membership on their own. Most of the time they choose to stay, and honestly that tells you everything about the value of this benefit.
With some fringe benefits there is a "group" obligation to pay for a set number of months. Does that apply here?
