Rachel Huerta, APRN

National Board Certified in Family Practice
Rachel Huerta is a National Board Certified Nurse Practitioner and South Florida native who is proud to care for patients in her hometown of Boca Raton. She earned her Nurse Practitioner degree from her “Hometown University” FAU and began her career as a registered nurse at one of the nation’s leading hospitals.
 
Rachel believes better healthcare starts with time, attention, and a strong patient relationship. Through her Direct Primary Care model, she provides personalized, high-quality care at a more affordable cost by removing the insurance middleman.
 
Beyond the practice, Rachel is deeply involved in the Boca Raton community through local leadership, medical mission work, and advocacy for children in foster care. She is a Past President of The Rotary Club of Boca Raton. Her and her husband have had the privilege to fostering in south Florida.

Samantha Burstell, APRN

National Board Certified in Family Practice

Samantha Burstell embodies the mission and values that define Direct Primary Care of Boca Raton: “accessible, relationship‑driven healthcare designed around the patient, not the system.” As a highly trained Family Nurse Practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Florida Atlantic University (2017), she delivers personalized, prevention‑focused care that empowers individuals and families to thrive. Her commitment to trust, empathy, and meaningful connection reflects the heart of the DPC model, where patients receive time, attention, and a true partnership in their health.

Beyond the exam room, Samantha brings the same passion for connection to her life in the Boca Raton community. She loves creating memories with her family—especially during visits to Walt Disney World—and actively supports local initiatives that promote wellness and strengthen the community. Her dedication to caring, educating, and uplifting others makes her a natural fit for the DPC Boca vision: healthcare that feels personal, supportive, and genuinely centered on you.
